MIROPLAST keeps leading the Ukrainian window industry to a new level with new window systems in its WDS 76 family as a part of the push to make European-design windows a new standard in the domestic market.

The new additions outmatch their popular 70-mm and 80-mm competitors in terms of technology advancements and balanced configuration. The results of primary testing have already shown top-of-the-line performance in all important aspects according to the new standards and thermal resistance exceeding the Ukrainian and European requirements.

Closed reinforcement in frame and in mullion

WDS 76 MD is a state-of-the-art system slated to gradually replace the well-known WDS 8S and WDS 7S. The system builds on almost two decades of MIROPLAST’s excellence and the entire window industry’s experience.

European standard of energy efficiency. WDS 76 MD windows have a thermal transmittance (Uw) of 0.79 W/m²K, which is 28% above the 70-mm systems’ average level and the requirements of the new Ukrainian construction standards.

Effective soundproofing. The system is compatible with 48-mm glazing units with optional Triplex glass (6–8 mm) on one or both sides to ensure soundproofing of up to 50 dB.

Tight sealing. Three-level sealing reliably protects from drafts, dust, and dirt particles and ensures maximum air permeability and water tightness.

Large, secure, and durable. Durable glazing units with thick, tempered or Triplex glass are an especially crucial element for panoramic windows. With reliable closed reinforcement, large-area fenestration no longer requires additional separators.

WDS 76 AD is meant to become the window industry’s new standard, replacing WDS 6S, which currently enjoys the strongest demand. The new system perfectly balances all quality and design properties, exceeding the current industry standards. The solution is reasonably priced, excellently performs in commercial, high-rise, and private housing settings, and meets all current standards and translucent structure requirements.

Reliable heat preservation. The five-chamber system is compatible with 40-48 mm glazing units to ensure thermal transmittance of 0.82 W/m²K, which exceeds by 20% that of 70-mm systems and the requirements of the new Ukrainian construction standards.

Effective soundproofing. Optional Triplex glass (thickness 6–8) is available for enhanced soundproofing of the glazing unit and the window in general.

More natural light. WDS 76 offers a lower frame and sash connection than other WDS systems, enabling a larger window pane area to let more natural light into the room.

Large-area glazing. Larger chambers for reinforcement take metallic profiles with better static properties, which is indispensable for larger windows.
